The complex bioindication assessment of the ecological state of atmospheric air, soils and population health at the territories adjoining to the dangerous objects of The Industrial Incorporation "Pridneprovskiy chemical plant " is conducted. The method of conditional indexes calculating of bioindicators damages is developed. The priority classes of diseases among Dneprodzerzhinsk child's and adult population are exposed. The mechanisms of stimulant and protector action of humic substances are educed. Mathematical models which describe consistent pattern of toxicity and mutagenicity decline of soils by humic substances are obtained.
