The proposed project socio-psychological and pedagogical support for disabled students was aimed in improving the educational paradigm of higher education to incorporate the Bologna process. The main objective is to train disabled students to receive professional education to its proper social functioning and self-fulfillment in modern society. In the center of the learning process is individual disabled students with their needs, interests and abilities, and members of the project through various forms, methods and techniques which can help to reveal the potential of disabled students to develop study skills and overcome difficulties in interaction with others. Psycho-pedagogical and medical and psychological support for students with disabilities will enable successful completion of the study and preservation in learning, mental and physical health. Having solved the problem of improving the efficiency of learning disabled students by creating enabling environment for the development of skills and abilities in this category of students; social, educational and medical and psychological assistance for students with disabilities in a rehabilitation center for higher education, to overcome the established stereotypes of personality perception with disabilities as defective or abnormal member of society among the neighboring environment, the development of different models of social, psychological and educational support for children and youth with disabilities and their testing in a variety of educational and rehabilitation facilities and further development of Ukraine.
