There has been obtained a number of accomplished results concerning the improving of living tissue electric welding process formation. 4 new modifications of electric welding and 3 versions of instruments have been developed. The advantages of electric welding in thoracic surgery: minimal bleeding, reduction of intervention duration, absence of thermal tissue damage, safe tissue junctions without sutures, staplers and glue have been proved.
