There has been studied for the first time informational data of computed tomography at diagnosis of phlegmonic diseases of throat and neck depending on the time between examination and surgical intervention. There has been developed the scheme of the most probable progressing of suppurative process on fascial areas of the neck and depending on the disease genesis there has been substantiated optimal volumes of rehabilitative surgical interventions on a case-by-case basis.
