Therefore, analysis and evaluation of rolling stock brake efficiency for compliance with UIC requirements have a significant importance. Investigations with calculations for possible harmonization of brake efficiency of freight wagons of domestic manufacture with international standards were carried out. Analytical dependences for determination of braking weight were obtained during investigations accompanied by calculations.
