For 4 month period under review in accordance with plan basicrecombinant vectors for expression of human apolipoprotein A1 under strong hybrid eucariotic promoter regulation and molecular constructions for gene delivery of reporter genes and target preproinsulin gene, which is the key in carbohydrate metabolism regulation and energy homeostasis maintenance, have been constructed.
