Object of study - coping-behavior of the fire and rescue units of Ministry for Emergencies of Ukraine. The subject of study - the influence of personal characteristics on coping-behavior of the fire and rescue units of Ministry for Emergencies of Ukraine. Purpose - to develop approaches for conducting psychological prophylaxis of stress disorders in workers of fire and rescue unit of MOE of Ukraine on the basis of their features coping-behavior. Methods of research - theoretical analysis of the literature, psychological testing, t-student criterion. As a result, performed research analyzed dyspozytsiynoy approach to understanding the coping-behavior. Identification of individual psychological factors influencing the choice of coping strategies staff fire and rescue units of Ministry for Emergencies of Ukraine. Suggested approaches to psychological prophylaxis of stress disorders in workers of fire and rescue unit of MOE of Ukraine on the basis of their features-coping behavior.
