Conformities to law of power expenses change on the portage of water-coal fuel depending on quality of feedstock and descriptions. The aim of work is a decline of power expenses on transporting of water-coal fuel (WCF) by perfection of processes and modes of operations of industrial hidrotransport systems on the basis of rational compositions providing and WCF rheological descriptions. As a result of the executed researches an actual scientific and technical task which consists in the decline of power expenses on transporting of water-coal fuel in industrial hidrotransport systems was decided. The conducted analysis of processes of water-coal fuel transporting showed in the systems of the industrial hydraulic conveying, that on rheological descriptions and hydraulic parameters of WCF flow next factors influence: quality of feedstock, in particular ash-content, concentration of hard component in suspensions, his grain-size distribution, type and amount of chemical additions, temperature and speed conditions. The dependences qualificatory power expenses on transporting got before are based on the classic laws of hydrodynamics and does not take into account complex influence of the above-mentioned factors and WCF phisimechanical properties. The executed experimental researches of water-coal fuel transporting processes proved with the use of the hydrodynamic similarity of laboratory stand worked out in accordance with criteria, that by the basic factors of influence on power expenses at transporting are: concentration, grain-size distribution of coal, his ash-content and middle speed of WCF flow. Methodology of experimental researches, which provides the receipt of reliable data about the change of specific losses of pressure, is worked out.
