An object of research - theoretical, methodical and practical questions of employment and unemployment in a countryside. The purpose of research - working out of offers on expansion of sphere of use of work of agricultural population and creation of new workplaces on village. In the course of work are used: statistical, sociological, the comparative it is settlement analytical research methods. By results of work it is carried out researches of a condition and the basic tendencies of employment of agricultural population,new conceptual approaches to ways of expansion of sphere of use of work on village are allocated, offers are developed for improvement investusinogo a climate for intensive development of manufacture and a social infrastructure, formation of a network of new workplaces for the inhabitant of village, the decision of a problem of employment taking into account foreign experience that will provide social development of rural settlements and will expand area of employment of agricultural population: offers for changes and additions to the current legislation of Ukraine after questuons of employment of inhabitants of village are given
