Is Project DBN: "Composition and maintenance of general layout of settlement" is developed on replacement of DBN B.1-3-97 "Composition, maintenance, order of development, concordance and claim of general layouts of city settlements" and DBN B1.-1-9:2009 "Composition, maintenance, order of development, concordance and claim of general layouts of rural settlements". Modern legislative, normative and methodical requirements are in-process investigational and taken into account to development of general layouts. Setting of development is creation normative act from composition and maintenance of town-planning document which regulates development of general layout of settlement. Basic tasks of development the project of DBN: - to execute the analysis of current legislation and normatively legal acts of Ukraine on questions a town-planning; - to define basic principles of development of DBN; - to define industry of application of DBN; - to outline intercommunication and differentiating with other national normative documents; a - to develop project of DBN is on replacement of DBN B.1-3-97 and DBN B1. .-1-9:2009.
