Short-range order structure of glasses and crystalline phases arising in them during heat treatment and laser irradiation was investigated by methods of Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Mechanisms and thermo-time regimes of annealing for the formation of nanocrystalline inclusions SbSI, TlInS2 and Sn2P2S6 in the matrix of chalcogenide glasses are established. Dielectric properties of polycrystalline solid solutions, glasses and composites "chalcogenide glass + ferroelectric crystals" have been studied. It was found out that the parameters of composites with low - dimensional chalcogenide ferroelectrics can be steered applying chemical composition of glasses, heat treatment regimes and laser illumination. The possibility of using the studied materials for creation of devicer for information processing systems,mycroelectronics, sensory technigue, and optics.
