Obtained information on potential productivity and grain quality of winter wheat, modern varieties, as well as the level of detection of certain features that significantly affect the realization of potential varieties. Better than yields under irrigation were varieties Antonivka, Kuyalnik, Turunchuk, Bunchuk, Uzhynok, Lark, rising, Starfall, and others. That formed the harvest at 7,02-7,81 t / ha. In a rice checks highest rates of productivity of crops (7,16-7,93 t / ha) were characterized varieties wealth, Mission Odessa, Blahodarka, Swallow, Dalnitska, Kuyalnik, hall fleece, Kherson 07/282, Myronivsky Hero.
