As a result of working and new methods of wavelet analysis on the basis of known spectral transforms the Haar Hartley transform in the symmetric finite intervals, conversion-oriented basis, and Walsh transform to simplify the process of constructing a basis of wavelet transform and increase the amount of information received about the current curves , voltage and temperature of electrical facilities in the analysis. The algorithms of diagnosing the state of electrical facilities using wavelet spectra curves of currents, voltages and temperatures. The analysis of modes of operation, possible problems and their causes for several groups of converters of electrical energy. The database of the most characteristic curves of currents, voltages and temperatures of several groups of transducers for different operating modes, including the emergency. The methods for identifying the status of electrical facilities and the criteria of belonging to the normal pre-emergency, emergency class status. A method for identification of loads on the basis of analyzing the functions of the distortion of electrical signals loads processing facility. Constructed model of microprocessor systems diagnosis, tasked with the calculation of the wavelet spectra of the current characteristics, comparing them with some of the reference spectra and by comparing the results giving information about the status of electrical object
