The object of research is social-labor potential of Ukraine. The purpose of the study: to develop theoretical, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for forming a management system of development social-labor potential of Ukraine. Research methods: scientific rationale, systems analysis, theoretical and logical analysis, economic modeling, dialectical and comparative analysis, scientific evidence, scientific prediction, grouping, graphical method and others. Main scientific results - complex problems hindering the development of ukrainian social-labor potential of the society is defined. Internal threats and risks of the formation of social -labor potential of Ukraine were established Scientific novelty: approach to social-labor potential as a complex, multifactor, multilevel and dynamic system was grounded; this category was reviewed comprehensively, systematically, and over time; integrated assessment of the methodology and development of social and employment potential has been developed; calculations dynamic efficiency of social- labor potential were made; regional management strategies have been substantiated The practical result is to determine the mechanisms and methods of system management impact on development of social-labor potential at various levels The results were used in the preparation of 80 scientific and analytical memos, proposals, recommendations and other materials that have been sent to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine and Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, National Security Council and Defense of Ukraine and others. Returned 26 positive responses about their use in practice the central government of the country.
