The kinetics of hydrogen peroxide decomposition in the presence of Co (II) complexes with N,N,N',N' -tetrasubstituted tiocarbamoylsulfenamides and complexes of Co, Ni and Zn with the "chinese lantern" structure containing 2,5- dimethyl- and 2,5-di(trifluoromethyl)- pyrazolate ligands was investigated. The orders of the reaction for H2O2 and catalyst and effective activation energy were determined. A group of isomeric N-oxides of 2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazoles was synthesized and proposed as new ligands
