The research subject - flatcars and hoppers with complex modernized running gears. The work goal is to study and compare dynamic loading and dynamic coefficients in motion of various models of flatcars and hoppers with different versions of updated assemblies as well as to develop recommendations for raising their life. The research methods are methods of mathematical and computer simulation, statistical dynamics, numerical integration, mathematical statistics, the theory of vibrations. Design models and mathematical models of 3D vibrations of flatcars and cars-hoppers with complex modernized trucks of 18-100 model in motion on track arbitrarily shaped in plan are developed. 3D vibrations of container flatcars of 13-7071 and 13-7073 models and hoppers of 19-758 ad 19-7016 models with various elements of trucks modernization in motion on tangent and curved track sections are studied. Recommendations for choosing elements of trucks complex modernization for use in container flatcars and cars-hoppers are developed. Their implementation will make it possible to improve the dynamic performance of the above vehicles as well as to increase in life of the most wearable assemblies of trucks. The research results will be used for complex modernization of standard trucks (18-100 model) of container flatcars and hoppers for railways with 1520 mm track gauge in process of renewal of the Ukraine's freight cars. Range of application: freight rolling stock of railways.
