The programs of scientific researches on all period of theme implementation on separate research directions are developed. In these programs are determined aim and object, basic tasks and methodology of researches, stages of work on years, expected results, values of the conducted researches for development of zoology and botany, and also practice of museum activity. Generalization of information is conducted about the structure of diversity of model biota groups as scientific publications and taxonomical databases, and also museum collections are complemented by new material. The new for science taxa of organisms are described, in particular one ordo of chalky insects, one genus and three species of devonian Acanthodii, two species of Ephemeroptera, six species of Protura, and also one species of Nematoda.
