The analysis of influence of a chemical compound and structure carbohydrate fuels, qualities of the organization of their burning and design features burning equipments on levels of emissions with products of combustion of cancerogenic components is carried out. The complex technique of definition of the contents of cancerogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in products plasma chemical conversion of super toxicogenic which includes the following stages is developed: sampling on filters; extraction organic connections and allocation from them researched substances; their identification and the quantitative analysis. The technological circuit of management in parameters of system of generation of hydrogen is developed and the rules on its operation is made. As a result of the analysis of the carried out researches dependence of its productivity on consumed electric capacity has been received. The function chart of experimental plasma hydrogen equipment is developed.
