As the result of conducted work cultivation terms for basidiomycetes - active producers of cellulolytic enzymes Irpex lacteus and Inonotus radiatus were optimized along nutrient media acisity and temperature of cultivation. It was established, that 90% of Pleurotus ostreatus strains are capable to fructification on hydrated sunflower husks under specified microclimate parameters', and 60% from the general number of strain are nonshock. Influence of mineral-organic agarized nutrient medias on the growth and pigments byosyntesis of Lepista personata were researched.
