The aim of research is devoted to an approximate analytical solutions using computer algebra of actual problems of deformable solids mechanics, in particular buckling and dynamics of plates and shells with parameters and external loading, depending from coordinates and time, which lead to singular differential equations with variable coefficients. An algorithm of an approximate analytical solution of rectangular plate buckling problem under variable external compression is proposed; influence of character of mass changing on vibrations of elastic system is given; an approximate analytical solutions of dynamics problem of multi lowered plates with variable mass and damping coefficient in time, deformable state of cylindrical shell from composite material under the combined thermo-forced and dynamics external loading, cinematic problem of conical shell of flying apparatus with concentrate mass under dynamic pressure and nonlinear transfer temperature problems are discussed; comparison with results of direct numerical solutions and estimation of effectiveness of hybrid asymptotic solutions with computer algebra systems of investigated class problems are given.
