The crystallization kinetics of alloys in Sn-Bi system, crystal hydrates of sodium salts systems, mixes in crystal hydrates systems (Na2SO4•10H2O-Na2SO3•5H2O, Na2SO4•10H2O-Na2SO3•7H2O, Na2SO3•5H2O-Na2SO3•7H2O, Na2СO3•10H2O), mixes of aromatic compounds (diphenyl-naphthalene, diphenyl-benzene) is studied. For the first time state diagrams in such systems with marked metastable regions relatively to liquidus lines are constructed. The thermodynamic analysis of crystallization kinetics of alloys and mixes in crystal hydrates systems and hydrocarbons is carried out.
