The research purpose is construction of new relativistic potential models, investigation of bound-state spectra within their framework and subsequent application to the analysis of processes in a high-energy physics, nuclear and molecular physics, and also in a solid state physics. Research techniques: the methods of the theory of the differential equations and their numerical integration, methods of the complex analysis, linear algebra, the quantum-mechanical methods of the bound-state description. The main research results consist in development of a method to construct relativistic equations for few-body systems on the basis of the SL(2,C) group extension. The new potential model of pionic hydrogen atom is developed. Within this model, the impact of the Lorentz-structure of the strong interaction potential on the pion-nucleon scattering states is estimated for the first time. Efficiency of the constructed models is confirmed by their application to the description of hadronic atoms and baryons. Sphere of application of research results is physics of high energies, atomic and molecular physics, and solid state physics.
