Effective algorithms for investigation of thermo and mechanical behaviour of deformed systems on condition of heterogeneous elastic disturbances, presence of volumetric and thin-sided fillers with free stiffness, form, ordered and disordered disposition, interphase and internal similar to cracks damages and gaps between the surfaces with gas-liquid substance inside were developed based on the methods of boundary and finite elements, finite differences and T-matrixes. Theoretical studies and numerical analysis were carried out using the created software of strain-deformed solid states for solving the new problems of tension and non-destructive control concentration, characteristics of contact between deformed solids and surface imperfections determination, and geometric and elastic non-homogeneity properties on wave and temperature fields influence. The obtained results are directly used in the mechanics of composite structures destroying, the diagnosis of damages, and the seismological exploration of mineral deposits.
