For the first time display in photoelectric spectra of overlapping of excited discrete states of the deep impurity centres of 3d-elements with a conduction band ionisation continuum is explored. For the first time it is explored a resonance of Fano for excited impurity levels of 3d-element with an ionisation continuum of a conduction band of CdTe crystals. It is shown that photosensitivity of CdHgTe:V and CdHgTe:V:Mn crystals is stretched to 1800 nm and caused by photogeneration of electrons from raised 4A2(F)- and 4T1(P)-conditions of ions V2+ as a result of their resonance with a conduction band. Alloying crystals manganese refines their optical quality and increments a specific resistance. The nature and energy distribution of structural flaws, and also role of clusters PbІ2 is erected, at formation of firm solutions Pb1-xCdxI2. Mechanisms of photochromic effect and the nature of light-sensitive centres in CdBr2:Ag,Cl, CdBr2:Ag,Cl, І, CdBr2:Ag,Pb,Cl and CdBr2:Ag,Mn,Cl crystals are found out. In luminescence spectra of photochromic CdBr2:AgCl crystals the radiation related to electronic transitions in ions Ag+ is revealed. Models of scintillation and light-sensitive centres are offered, electronic states and mechanisms of a relaxation electronic excitation in CdI2:Au, CdI2:Ag, CdI2:Сu crystals and Ag-CdI2 heterostructures are erected. Electronic excitations, relaxation processes and entrainment centres in crystals of iodide cadmium and lead alloyed by europium and manganese are studied at low temperatures. It is explored the luminescent-kinetic and scintillation performances of СdI2:Eu2+, СdI2:Pb2+, СdI2:Sn2+ crystals. Influence of impurities Tl+, Pb2+, Eu2+, Gd2+, Mn2+ on a recombination luminescence of iodide calcium crystals is explored. The electrically active centres of own and impurity flaws in PbWO4 crystals alloyed Mo, Ce and Eu are identified . Recombination processes are studied and the nature of complex centres in PbWO4, PbWO4:Tb, CdWO4:Tb, Li, Bi4Ge3O12 crystals and Y2O3 ceramics is erected. The possibility of СdI2:Pb2+ crystals using as scintillators for recording of high-energy excitation was shown.
