It's carried out full X-ray research of electronic structure of nano-crystalline connections RMSi (R = Y, Gd, Ce, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu; M = Ni, Fe, Co). Properties of amorphous films germanide's iron are investigated, it's revealed Andersen's transition. The method of solid-state phase synthesis quaternary compounds Ag6GeS4Br2, Ag3GeS3Br and Ag6SnS4Br2 is developed. The model for energy gap for amorphous films of germanium monochalcogenides and feature of its transformation after modification by Bi.
