The subject of the research: the formation of management culture of the head of a comprehensive school. The aim: to ground theoretically the conceptual principals of the phenomenon of management culture of the heads of a comprehensive school, the model and its submodels of formation the structural components in the organic unity, contents, methods and means of development. The tasks of research: 1. To ground the theoretical and methodological foundations of management culture of the head of a comprehensive school and experimentally test them. 2. To find out the essence of the phenomenon of management culture based on the study and analysis of its concepts and components, species. 3. To identify the structure, main components and their essential characteristics, types of management culture of the head of a comprehensive school, a theoretical basis, to create and test the model and submodels of the management culture of the head of a comprehensive school. 4. To examine and analyze the formation of managerial culture of the head of a comprehensive school. 5. To create and ground the scientific concept of management culture of the head of a comprehensive school including general cultural, informational, technological cjmponents. 6. To make a new theoretical and applied technological model of formation the technological culture of the head of a comprehensive school (content, methods, technologies), experimentally check and test it. Methods of the research. Theoretical: Analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological, educational, cultural literature determines the conditions of social and educational context of the education modernization, professional concepts of management and information culture of the heads of a comprehensive school based on the theoretical and methodological foundations of research. To establish the retrospective of the management culture of the heads of comprehensive school in the scientific manner means the profound analysis of legal documents in the field of education: textbooks, guidelines, educational and thematic plans to improve the skills of managers of secondary schools in the institutes of postgraduate education with the purpose of the selection of content management culture as generalization, classification, comparison, classification of theoretical material and management experience to determine the nature of information competence. Analysing the content of documents it is very important to get the primary information for the future implementation in the practice of the activities of educational institutions of different types .of simulation, the construction of the formation process formation and the experimental verification of the hypothesis.
