We determined dose-depended effect of light (460 and 560 nm) on process lipid peroxidation and activation antioxidant enzymes (catalase and superoxide dismutase). Long light exposition activated glutathione peroxidaze. We developed measuring-computing system that focuses on automating microscopic studies using microelectrode measurements. We developed software control subsystem positioners with microelectrodes.
