We researched effect of monochromatic incoherent irradiation on process lipid peroxidation of membrane (estimate content of malonic dialdehyde), activity of enzymes of antioxidative defense such as catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidaze and enzymes of active transport ions (Na+, K+) of power light-emitted diodes on during embryogenesis. We determined dose-depended effect of light (460 and 560 nm) on process lipid peroxidation and activation antioxidant enzymes (catalase and superoxide dismutase). Long light exposition activated glutathione peroxidaze. We developed measuring-computing system that focuses on automating microscopic studies using microelectrode measurements. We developed software control subsystem positioners with microelectrodes. The architecture of the developed system provides an additional mode of impedance parameters of the study of membranes and ion currents.
