The main aim of the research is devoted to the problem of finding constructive conditions of existence and finding solutions of autonomous and non-autonomous semi-nonlinear boundary-value problems for the systems of differential equations and obtaining new results of approximation on the periodic function classes single and many variable with the help of the polynoms, which generated of the linear methods of summation of Fourier's series and finding exact estimates for operator's deviations special type on the classes local integrated on the real axis functions. The main results of the researches are the theorems that have an exhaustive proofs. During the research there was raіsed and determined urgent science problems of finding the solutions of semi-nonlinear boundary-value problems for the systems of differential equations in the critical cases. There had been found necessary and sufficient conditions for the non-autonomous Noetherian semi-nonlinear boundary-value problems in the critical cases at the second order and particular critical case,and for the autonomous boundary-value problems in the critical cases at the first order and special critical case for the existence and construction of the iteration procedure with the accelerate convergence. There was studied the approximation property of the operators of special type on the classes,local integrated on real axis functions (and not compulsory periodic) for different condition,that ware laid on the parameters,which define the class and the method of approximation. The main results have theoretical area and may be used in further researches in the theory of differential equations, for the constructive iteration procedure for the specific differential equations and also for getting the answer of different problems of technique, economics, biology and other science.
