Research object: processes to ensure provision of quality health services in Ukraine. Research purpose: Development of organizationally-economic and financial mechanisms of improvement of quality of providing medical services is in Ukraine Research methods: logical, historical, analysis, synthesis, statistical analysis, comparison, modelling. Research results and their novelty: identify areas of state regulation of health services in the market conditions based on changes in the role of government in this area - the decentralization of authority and delegated to lower levels of the public sector, expanding the network of private institutions, creating a competitive environment in the medical field; proposed a system of quality control of health care services at health facilities through the implementation of a ten options, one based on self-health care workers; the scientific approach to forming the components of the organizational and economic mechanism to ensure quality health care services as a set of successive stages of the implementation of multi-channel system of financing the industry, the implementation of the leasing programs of resource provision of health facilities; worked out the quantitative component of the components of health services - namely, preventive orientation, a focus on patient motivation of health workers.
