The purposes of the study are establishing the structure of the acyl thiourea reaction products with hydroxylamine; establishing the structure of the halogen complexes with tertiary amides of carboxylic acids; the kinetics and the mechanism of the gas-phase hydro chlorination of acetylene on the surface of mechanically activated K2PdCl4 salt; development of a new method for synthesis of 1,2,3-triazolo [4,5 - b] - and [4,5-c] pyridines, development of methods for the functionalization of 2,3-benzodiazepines and their heterocyclic isosteres, and study of the destruction of the colloidal structure of bile and gallstone formation in terms of physical chemistry. The research methods are NMR, UV, and IR spectroscopy. Results: The structure of the reaction products of acyl thiourea with hydroxylamine - derivatives of 3-amino-1 ,2,4-oxadiazole and 2-acylamino-1, 2,4 triazolo [1,5-a] pyridines has been established; the structure of halogens complexes with amides has been established and the nature of connection has been revealed; direct evidence of reaction limiting by the stage of chloromethylation - coordinated acetylene under the influence of HCl molecule has been received for systems with K2PtCl6 and K2PtCl4; new methods for synthesis of derivatives of 1,2,3-triazolo [4,5-b] - and [4,5 - c] pyridine, imidazo [4,5-c] pyridine, and imidazo [4,5-d] pyridazine have been created; methods for the functionalization of the structure of 2,3-benzodiazepine and isosteres have been developed; it has been proved that the outer part of gallstones is mainly composed of cholesterol, but the inside of the stones is mainly formed from proteins; non-drying alkyd resin synthesis has been developed based on rapeseed oil and drying pentaerythritol-modified phthalic alkyd resins. The areas of application are organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry, medicine, and paint-and-vanish industry.
