Popov, Доктор хімічних наук Registration Date 09-02-2012 Organization The L.M.Litvinenko Institute of Physical-Organic Chemistry and Coal Chemistry popup.description2 Subjects of investigation: organized nano-sized systems (ONS) on the basis of monomeric and dimeric detergents. Physico-chemical properties of ONS, oxidative-nucleophilic decomposition of eco-toxicants in ONS. Research goal: design of the oxidative-nucleophilic systems on the basis of hydrogen peroxide and its activators; design of dimeric detergents, studies on their physico-chemical properties, comparison exsamination of micellar effects of monomeric and dimeric detergents in nucleophilic substitution at phosphorus (V). New systems for decomposition of ecotoxicants. Researh techniques: UV spectrophotometry, IR spectroscopy, conductometry measurements, 1H NMR and 13C NMR studies. Scientific novelty: dimeric detergents at a varied length of spacer and hydrophobic alkyl substintuents with reactive bis-dibromobromate counter ion were first synthesized. Systems on their base are versatile oxidative-nucleophilic systems. Micellar effects in such detergents and their monomeric analogue - cetyltrimethylammonium dibromobromate- were evaluated. Practical significance: usability of the ONS to meet the requirements of "green chemistry" in formulations for utilization/detoxication of ecotoxicants. Application field: environmental protection.
