A conceptual model of decomposition of goals within a company and within the value chain, guidelines on forming approaches to integrate concepts of marketing, logistics and production process innovation, methodological aspects of appropriate support functions of all parts of value chain concept from the standpoint of innovation cycle consumption and comprehensive conceptual model of innovative processes in the value chain are developed. The obtained results can improve the performance of innovative processes in the value chain. The results obtained can be recommended for use in enterprise strategic planning, organizing and controlling activities of participants in the value chain in order to improve implementation of the above management functions in the process of innovation value creation.
