Aim: To study the parameters of heart rate variability and markers of oxidative stress in individuals with different functional state. A study was conducted parameters of heart rate variability parameters and oxidative stress in healthy individuals with varying degrees of physical activity in patients with duodenal peptic ulcer and patients with Marfan's syndrome. It is proved that the reduction parameters of heart rate variability is associated with deterioration of the body the subject to be correlated with the severity of functional severity of metabolic disorders and manifestations of oxidative stress. Conducting correlation analysis bonds parameters of heart rate variability and aerobic metabolism indicators confirms the close relationship between metabolic status and body functional state of the circulatory system. Power and expression correlations increases with the intensity and impact of the increasing severity of disease manifestations.
