Molecular-biological studies of viruses stability of transgenic plants of potato are undertaken, that expression gene of ribonucleases.It is set that level of accumulation of virus in the transgenic plants of potato depending on his accumulation in un transgenic plants below from 12 to 29%. Genome RNA in transgenic plants for electrophoresis and does not differ spectrometric descriptions from genome RNA of VBB isolated from untransgene plants. It is found out, that the level of firmness of transgenic plants of potato to the virus of burn of buckwheat is insignificant, that needs the improvement of genic-engineering facilities for the receipt of viruses stability plants
