Investigational indexes uteroplacental and fetalplacenta circulations of blood, monitoring of basic parameters of the functional system is conducted maternal organism-placenta-fetal (FSMPF) at complications of gestational process. It is well-proven, on the enough body of clinical supervisions (200 pregnants), that at the complicated flow of pregnancy a high-resistance blood stream is formed in FSMPF. The algorithm of diagnostics and conduct of pregnancy is developed at disorders of consisting of FSMPF, that allows to choose optimum obstetric tactic, define an optimum method and term of delivery with the purpose of decline of perinatal morbidity and mortality rate.
