There will be developed and approved new methods and devices for modulation of one optical radiation by the other more short-wave. In the work the porous nanoheterosystems on the basis of GaP with the reduced dimension will be gotted, and their optical and physical features will be studied. 2. The influence of functional parameters of materials of optical filters and attenuators on the basis of thin optical films and thin optical fibres on their transmission characteristics: width of bar of admission and its position, coefficient of fading and other. 3. Experimental researches will be conducted and the methods of management p-n-transition position at its irradiation of powerful optical and neutron streams will be developed.
