Object of research - process axisymmetric compression of cylindrical blanks with different intensity barrel distortion. The work purpose - calculated algorithm design and information technologies of definition of the is intense-deformed condition and ultimate plastic ultimate strain of materials on a free lateral surface of cylindrical blanks at axisymmetric compression with different intensity barrel distortion. Methods of researches: theoretical (analytical geometry, the mathematical analysis during creation and research of mathematical models), experimentally-analytical (the device of mathematical statistics for processing of experimental data). The technique of construction of dependence between components of strains on a free lateral surface of the cylindrical sample during end compression is improved. Dependence between axial and hoop strains in the parametrical form is presented. The theorems of necessary and sufficient conditions of bump function of damageability and existence of the solution of the primary problem of the linear theory of damages accumulation.
