Complete remission and stabilizing of process were attained in 70,4 % patients of basic group of research which exceeds the results of treatment of control group ( 60,8 % ). General 3-years-old survivability of patients of basic group is 30,4 %, in the group of control according to 19,0 %. Survivability of patients of basic group of research which conducted high-dose chemotherapy with transplantation of autological РBSC was 44,4 %. Clinical protocol is developed for treatment prognostic of unfavorable forms of Ewing sarcoma showed a good direct result ( complete or very good partial answer ) in 14 from 25 patients ( 56 % ). The offered chart of supporting low dose of metronomic chemotherapy ( vinorelbine with cyclofosfamide ) allowed to attain complete remisii and stabilizing of process in 54,1 % patients with the prognostic unfavorable soft tissue sarcomas ( non rhabdomyosarkoma ) and can be recommended for treatment of this pathology in quality consolidating terapy.
