In the result of this work the efficient methods for preparation of mono- and disaccharides have been developed, the ways of saccharides crystallohydrates dehydration under the influence of microwave irradiation have been studied. The obtained experimental results have been evaluated and generalized, and the propositions concerning methods optimization have been given. The developed methods allow increasing energy consumption required for concentration and dehydration processes, which results in the simplification and intensification of the drying procedure.
