The mathematical models of diffusion in bodies with several inclusions, buck-ling of compound rods systems with unique and nonunique discontinuous solutions, filtration of liquid in block-fractured soils with inclusions are developed and investigated. High-accurate algorithms of numeric discretization of developed models are created. The theorems of optimal control of states of such systems are proved. The effective gradient methods of identification of problems of nonuniform bodies thermal conductivity are developed. The numeric experiments are performed and their results prove efficiency of proposed algorithms
