Bioinformaticaly analyzed the features of ligand - protein interactions, pharmacophore properties, molecular modeling, chemoinformatic search for potential protein phosphatase inhibitors, based on structural similarity, results of molecular docking and molecular dynamics, was completed. It was selected compounds, previously not specified as inhibitors of protein phosphatases.
