Created an International virtual laboratory CSLabGrid. Computing cluster of IFBG NAN of Ukraine was adjusted and connected to the Ukrainian National Grid. Created a repository of spatial structures of a number anti-microtubule compounds. A row of experiments using HPC computing Grid on the molecular dynamics of 3-D models of cytoskeletal proteins were carried out.
