During work processing of performance analysis of domestic and foreign research and information assets, covering the development, implementation, use the best technologies for collecting, processing and recycling of wastes as secondary raw materials was held. The state of waste as secondary raw materials in Ukraine was analaised. A content analysis of the nature of concepts was made and a definition of the term "best available technology" was given. The analysis of global trends disposal (recycling) of waste as secondary raw materials was realized. The chois of the most effective technologies for collecting, processing and recycling of waste as secondary raw materials was scientifically based by application of expert judgment. The recommendations on the best available technologies for collecting, processing and recycling of wastes as secondary raw materials was developed.
