The results: the new important scientific, technical and technological results in the following areas have been obtained: "the development of terahertz electronics fundamentals, "the development of functional opto- and microelectronics based on a new layered and composite materials and development of control methods and characterization of their parameters; "development radiospectrometric and optical diagnostic techniques of changes of characteristics of semiconductor and dielectric materials and structures under active influence; "the development of preparation technologies and modification of semiconductor structures based on compounds AIIBVI, polymers and elementary semiconductors to create solar cells; "the development of optimized preparation technologies of nanocomposites and periodic nanoscale structures based on principles of controlled self-organization and preparation of layout dashboards systems based on them, "the development of new methods of X-ray and scanning probe diagnostics of semiconductor nanostructures, "the development of passive and active elements and technologies of infrared technique", "the development of processes of formation of crystalline and nanostructured thin films of new organic materials and structures based on semiconductors (AIIIBV, AIIBVI) with physical, chemical, electrochemical methods and studying their absorption, electronic and optical properties to create a sensory component database. Results of research work are fundamental for the creation of modern preparation technologies of semiconductor materials and structures and the element base for the micro-, optical- and photoelectron technology.
