Lazaryan popup.description2 The operation purpose consists in a quantitative assessment of rail track eccentricity influence on concrete beam bridge structure, and delivery of recommendations about velocity of a railway train motion on bridges with a rail track eccentricity. The mathematical model of a bridge span structure oscillations is based on fundamental methods of building and theoretical mechanics - finite element method and the equations of a spatial motion of a solid body, presented in the form of Newton-Euler equations and realised in a program complex for static and dynamic analysis of bridge constructions. For the purpose of the rail track eccentricity account, solver modules of a program complex have been added the improved procedure of modelling eccentric force factors. Finite mathematical equations it is gained by a package of computer algebra. As a result of the researches received dynamic processes, which occur at rolling stock on concrete beam bridges with a rail track eccentricity in a horizontal plane. Movement of trains taking into account perspective increase in speed is considered. Critical speeds of trains movement on beam bridges with rail track eccentricity are defined, recommendations concerning their further operation are considered.
