The fundamental understanding of new low temperature phenomena, different effects and material's properties of the pure metals and compounds based on rare-earth elements as well as on molybdenum and rhodium was obtained. New complete physical picture of the dc resistive state was developed for thin films of pure metals. The mechanisms of the pseudogap state and some peculiarities of the superconductivity and pairing symmetry in complex compounds based on the rare-earth elements, molybdenum and rhodium were established.
