Object of researches - chamottecordierite and corundum ceramics.The work purpose - revision of technology of chamottecordierite ceramics and mastering of the improved technology of corundum ceramics.Methods of researches - chemical, petrographic, phase x-ray method, physical-mechanical.Researches of influence of amount and size of grain of cutting of chamottecordierite products in grainy part of batch on properties of samples and products of chamottecordierite ceramics is investigated. It is established that at the increase of amount of grains of cutting from 1 to 15 % in the batch, used for making of products by the method of semi-dry pressing, compression strength of samples increases, but here their porosity increases also. However addition 10 % of grains of cutting of chamottecordierite products for mass with the size of grain of chamotte of marc ШК-42 fraction a less than 0,5 mm and addition 15 % of grains of cutting of chamottecordierite products for mass with the size of grain of chamotte of marc ШК-42 fraction 1-0,5 mm allows to get samples and products, satisfying to the requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-341: 2011. It is established that at increase in the batch, used for making of products by the method of extrusion, grains of cutting of chamottecordierite products from 1 to 30 % the optimal complex of properties is possessed by samples and products from 15-30 % of grains of cutting of chamottecordierite products: open porosity no more than 27 %, compression strength 69,0-85,5 МПа, thermalshock more than 20 thermal cycles (950 °С-water). The received results of researches allow to expand a raw-material base at the production of chamottecordierite products of marc ШКДИ and ШКДТ-2, made by the methods of semi-dry pressing and extrusion, and to bring down a prime price of products due to the use of secondary raw material. On the experienced production of PJSC "UKRAINIAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF REFRECTORIES NAMED AFTER А.S BEREGHNOY" the improved technologies of making of products from highdensity of corundum ceramics made by the slipcasting method with the use in the batch of 20 % highdispersion alumina of marc СТ-3000 SG of firm "Almatis GmbH", making of corundum ceramics made by the method of squeezing out with the use of 100 % of highdispersion alumina of marc СТ-3000 SG of production of firm "Almatis GmbH", Germany, are mastered. On 13 of the contracts experimental parties of products from corundum ceramics with the indexes of properties, corresponding to normative documentation, are made. Products is betrayed to the customers in the volume of financing.Work should be continued in a direction of perfection of technologies of corundum, chamottecordierite and cordierite ceramics made by the different methods of moulding.
