The research aim is to establish the possibility of using autological multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells bone marrow (MSCs) for treatment of experimental tendinopathy. The research methods are cultural one, light microscopy, histological and biochemical analysis, surgical methods with laboratory animals. The results of the research work - the possibility of autological MSCs for the treatment of degenerative tendon injury was explored. Histological studies have shown that MSCs have a positive effect on the recovery of damaged tendons, which was manifested by normalization of the structural and functional organization of the Achilles tendon. The biochemical analysis of blood serum of rats with degenerative tendon injury demonstrated the positive dynamics of inflammatory process flow of animals after therapy with autological MSCs.
