Research was carried out according to the purpose which consists in identification of psikhologo-pedagog_chny conditions of improvement of development of special endowments of seniors on the basis of taking into account of regularities of dynamics of changes of structural and intellectual qualities of its personality. For reporting period: obgruntuvano principles, criteria and methods of estimation of the general and special endowments at younger and advanced teenage age; during psikhologo-pedagog_chny experiment individual and psychological features of process of transformation of structure of intellectual qualities of gifted teenagers depending on age, a study profile (physical and mathematical, chemical and biological, humanitarian, economic) and gender aspects are revealed; interdependence and interference of structure of intellectual qualities of teenagers from other base properties of its personality (ability to communication, an orientation, character, consciousness, experience, psychophysiological properties) is established; the conceptual model of process of transformation of structure of intellectual qualities of gifted teenagers is developed and proved; the taxonomy and classification system of world approaches to research of intelligence and the personality which has important theoretical and practical value, in particular for simplification of work of scientists and practicians concerning definition of the questions "intelligence" and "personality" is developed; for the purpose of studying of opinion of teachers concerning the concept "endowments" and their relation to techniques of diagnostics of endowments of the personality and ways of its development sociological research of factors was carried out, (social and economic and demographic) which most of all influence development endowments of student's youth.
